BGR Racing to free the hemp seed
At Bryn Gohn Racing, we have approached this racing season as the season we are going to make a difference. We have decided to help some of the most passionate people in the business have their products and organizations showcased on the Team BGR #22 winged sprint car.
Team BGR has committed to each of you that we will represent your interests with pride and integrity throughout our campaign. We have offered the car to be on display on certain venues as well as hand out material for the cause at every venue we race at.
The battle at hand to get Industrial Hemp production legalized in the states is raging in over 35 states a crossed this great country. Team BGR has committed to each of you that we will educate the racing community on the many health benefits and manufacturing opportunities available with this legalization. This crop can singlehandedly turn our economy around and we hope we can be a visual reminder on a weekly basis and at special appearances.
We have committed to each of you that we will not charge you the exorbitant fees that other teams charge to promote your companies and organizations on a sprint car. Many of you have offered support in other than monetary ways. We sincerely appreciate all the support you have given thus far.
What we do need at this point is cash. We had an opportunity that has unfortunately not come to fruition and as a result, we are a little short in the budget to start the season as competitively as we’d like. We need tires, fuel, oil and miscellaneous racing supplies. In total, about $1,500 should do the trick. We feel the most efficient way to bring this message to the masses is for our car to be seen each and every week at the track.
We ask each of you to look through your contacts for people or organizations that may be able to help us raise the cash we need to get the season started right. We don’t even need one company to commit the whole $1,500; even $250 from six companies would work. The average season of racing cost for Team BGR about $10,000. The average cost for associate sponsorship on a sprint car is $5,000 and the average car has 5 sponsors = $25,000. That being said, racing at sprint cars top levels can cost upwards of $100,000 per season. We don’t need anywhere near that commitment. We feel that it is irresponsible to use sponsorship monies for anything other than racing expenses.
We appeal to you to answer our plea for assistance. The battle is large and the fighters are few. We believe in our mission and our goals are clear. The vision is bright and the future is now.
Thank you in advance for your help, past, present and future. We could NOT have selected a better group of people to partner with.
